We feel confident that you will enjoy the unique feel and natural warmth of you new wood instrument.

Our Warranty reflects our total confidence in the quality of our writing instruments.  Our Pens & Pencils are guaranteed against any workmanship defect or mechanical failure for one year.  For any required service send the instrument to us and it will be repaired, reconditioned or replaced free of charge and returned to you.

Refill Instructions & Information

*THE PEN :  Each of our pens & pencils use refills found at any office supply store.

The Americana Classic uses the ever popular Parker refill.  To replace cartridge, unscrew the body of the pen at the middle by turning counterclockwise.  Exposed cartridge may then be removed.  Careful to keep the spring at the end and placing on new cartridge, insert new cartridge into body and screw back together in clockwise direction.

The European Designer, Slim Line and Comfort Pens use the cross style refill.  Simply pull the two body parts apart from the center, this will expose the pen insert.  Screw this loose counterclockwise and then replace by inserting new refill into twist mechanism and screw to the end.  Engage barrels together.  Pen operates by twisting the barrels to extend or retract writing tip.

The Classic "Parker" Style Roller Ball Pen construction is similar in appearance to the Classic Parker Pen of the 1920's.  Replace roller ball cartridge by unscrewing the black top, being careful not to lose the spring inside the black cap, and replace with non-drying ceramic tip refill.  You may use Hauser type, German made refills or of the same.

The Classic "Parker" Style Fountain Pen uses high quality, German made Iridium Nib.  Replace by unscrewing the black tip of the pen  then pulling out the old ink reservoir and replacing it by pushing enough to pierce.  If you put two cartridges in the pen barrel, back to back, screwing the nib assembly into the coupling will pierce the cartridge for your use.

*The Mechanical Pencil  To Insert New Lead:  *Pull the pencil halves apart.  *Unscrew the tip from the nose piece.  *Turn the pencil mechanism clockwise until the guide pin is exposed at the end of the new lead in the hole and twist the mechanism counter-clockwise to retract the entire lead.  *Reassemble the Pencil.

Wood Finish Care:  Occasional waxing using a high quality carnauba wax or a Kiwi neutral shoe polish will help keep your writing instruments looking good.  Apply the wax, let dry and then buff with a soft cloth.

We are confident that you will enjoy your writing instrument as much as We have enjoyed creating it.
